CLASSES
  1. Boxing

    Put your gloves on and get ready to Dance!! This class starts wtih a 15 minute warm up consisting of stretching and calisthenics. Once you are all warmed up the real fun begins. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced boxer, your trainer will give you instruction on what combinations you are to do. During the class, the trainer will come around and instruct on proper form and technique.. After 30 minutes of bag work, you will then get a 15 minute cool down focusing on your core and strength training.. At Roundhouse Fitness, we don't want you to just hit the bag, we want you to have fun and Dance in between those combos!!

  2. Kickboxing

    Get your legs ready!! The kickboxing class incorporates boxing and kickboxing. You will be throwing boxing combinations, as well as kicks. This class starts with a 15 minute warm up consisting of stretching and calisthenics, similar to the boxing class with more attention to the legs. Once you are all warmed up the real fun begins. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced kickboxer, your trainer will give you instruction on what combinations you are to do. During the class, the trainer will come around and instruct on proper form and technique.. After 30 minutes of bag work, you will then get a 15 minute cool down focusing on your core and strength training. Come on in and see what Roundhouse Fitness is all about!!.

  3. HIIT Training

    HIIT is all the rage right now!! Get into a class that will have you doing pull ups, burpees, mountain climbers, squats and other training methods for a complete workout. This class will typically be done in a station style, where you will start with a warm up of carious cardio components, then go to various stations where you will be instructed on what to do for a set amount of time. After approximately 30 minutes of station work you will have a cool down period. Come on in and get your Fitness on!!
